• Make timely payments according to agreed invoices.
• Respond to approval requests within designated timeframes.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are due upfront or as outlined in project contracts.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All creative assets (graphics, text, videos) remain the property of ZENVOROW LIMITED until full payment is received.
• Once payment is complete, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client, except for third-party licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee specific business results such as revenue growth, lead generation, or sales performance.
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services within the last 3 months.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice.
• Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Hong Kong.
