1. General Policy

Due to the customized and service-based nature of marketing campaigns, all payments made to ZENVOROW LIMITED are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • If a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of purchase and before work has begun, a full refund may be issued.
  • If work has already started, refunds will not be available, but we may provide a partial credit for future services at our discretion.

3. Cancellation by ZENVOROW LIMITED

If we are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues on our end, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the stage of project completion.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup fees
  • Consulting fees
  • Third-party advertising costs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Creative design services already delivered

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations should first be addressed directly with us at Contact@zenvorow.com. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Hong Kong law.
